Chief Executive Officer

Ismail began his career as a professional interpreter in 1986. He is also the founder of All Graduates Interpreting & Translating Services providing on-site interpreters and Interpreterline - a specialist three-way telephone and video interpreting service providing 24 hour service to government and corporate clients.


Ismail is a highly energetic business operator with a great understanding of languages, cultures and the translation process. He has helped hundreds of organisations to communicate their messages to a global audience.

Throughout his career Ismail has been an active member of the following industry committees:

  • Victorian Multicultural Commission (VMC) Translating and Interpreting External Advisory Group
  • RMIT University - Translating & Interpreter (T & I) Program Advisory Committee Meeting
  • National Accredited Authority for Translators & Interpreters (NAATI) Regional Advisory Committee

Corporate Account Manager

Alexandra is highly committed to delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers are always satisfied with the quality and attention to their needs.

Alexandra has extensive experience as a business development manager with 8 years experience in the translation industry. Alexandra's experience has been gained through working for two of the ten largest international translation and localisation companies, as well as one Australian owned company.

Coupled with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Education), Alexandra's unique skills and expertise enables her to ensure that our customer’s requirements are professionally managed from initial contact, through the production stages and to final delivery of the project.

Translations Project Manager

Experience as a Translation Manager in Germany has given Nadine strong understanding of the full spectrum of translation project management. The last five years of Nadine’s career have included translating technical and general documents as a freelancer translator in Germany.

Tertiary qualifications: University of Applied Sciences (Translation Studies) Magdeburg Germany.

Accreditations include as a sworn Translator in German, English and Spanish for the German National Court and, in Australia, NAATI accreditation as a Professional Translator (English to German) in May 2009.

Translations Project Manager

Claire has project management experience in the Australian banking sector. Her tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Languages (German and French Translation and Interpreting) from Dublin City University.

Having worked as an in-house German to English translator for a multinational German organisation and for a translation agency in New Zealand, and as an independent freelance translator in Australia, Claire understands all aspects of the translation process.

 AnnaWang  Anna Wang Yi   

   Translations Project Manager

Anna has most recently refined her management skills acting as the liaison between Mandarin-speaking employees and the English-speaking General Manager of a China-based media organisation. Providing vital cultural advice and interpreting services between the business and its suppliers was an additional aspect of this role.

Anna’s tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English Language from Hebei University of Science and Technology.

Previous translator experience guarantees that she is aware of the needs of both sides of the translation project management role.

NAATI is the national standards body owned by the Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments of Australia.

NAATI:

  • Sets and maintains the standards of translation and interpreting at four accreditation levels
  • Accredits translators and interpreters who meet the specified standards
  • Approves Translating & Interpreting courses at tertiary institutions in Australia
  • Assesses Translating & Interpreting qualifications obtained from overseas tertiary institutions.
